	Congratulations to Terry Cubley. He won the Double Seater Class at the Australian Nationals 2012 with a DG-1000. Also Peter Temple and Makoto Ichikawa have been very successful (rank 2 and 3). In total, we have 7 LS-8 in the TOP10 ranking! Tobias Geiger (LS4) and Allan Barnes (LS1-f) successfully competed in club class (rank 2 and 3). 	Heinz Haemmerle flew 1.292 kilometers with the LS-8! In the Alp’s south foehn Heinz Haemmerle from Austria was able to fly a distance of 1.292 km in an LS-8 on the 26th of August. He took-off from his home base Hohenems-Dornbirn in Austria and flew the distance in a combination of rotors, waves, thermals and on the ridge with an average speed of 117 km/h.
